Key Features

Gerald Reddick hails from the lively city of New Orleans, known for its spontaneous celebrations. His journey into the world of DJing began at the age of 16 when his love for music inspired him to pursue this passion. Using earnings from his car washing business, Gerald financed his own DJ venture. By 17, going by the name "DJ Spud," he had become a skilled turntablist and caught the attention of a top local DJ company.

After graduating from high school, Gerald took a detour and enlisted in the US Army. Serving with distinction, he retired as a Construction Equipment Repairer. The name "Superman First Class," his current DJ alias, is a nod to his military rank of Sergeant First Class. Growing up with a proactive mindset, Gerald's Army experience further enriched his leadership abilities, team-building skills, and instilled a robust work ethic.

Today, Gerald successfully manages G Fire Productions, a thriving DJ, Sound, and Lighting business, showcasing the culmination of his musical passion, entrepreneurial drive, and the valuable experiences gained from his military service.

The Owner

Best DJs in Dallas, Best DJs in Houston, Best DJs in Dallas, Best DJs in Killeen, Best DJs in Harker Heights.

In 1998, while stationed in Germany, SFC Reddick's musical talents led him to be recruited by Agape Christian Faith Center's worship ministry, thanks to his background in music and DJing. Without formal training, he delved into music theory and became a self-taught keyboardist and percussionist, eventually taking on the role of the lead drummer. Simultaneously, he initiated Big Baby Productions, a home recording studio. As music production took center stage, the idea of a career as a full-time DJ/Producer started to germinate.

During a deployment in Afghanistan (2008-2009), a DBA search unveiled that "Big Baby Productions" was already an established business entity. Exploring new identities, the name "G Fire Productions" emerged. The company's logo underwent numerous iterations until the flaming G was envisioned in a dream, where today it stands as a distinctive symbol of G Fire Productions.

These experiences, including Mr. Reddick's military service, contributed to the establishment of G Fire Productions, where the commitment to "Fun and Professionalism" is the hallmark. Let the celebration begin!
