Our Mantra
Gerald Reddick is a native of New Orleans where parties happen just because. At age 16 his love for music led to his desire to be a DJ and from an existing entrepreneurship, washing cars, he finance his own DJ business. By age 17, Gerald aka "DJ Spud" became a very skilled turntablist and was recruited by one of the top local DJ companies. After high school graduation however, he enlisted in the US Army retiring honorably as a Construction Equipment Repairer. His current DJ name "Superman First Class" is a spin-off his military rank, Sergeant First Class. Gerald grew up with a go-getter mentality so Army tradition added to his leadership skills, team building abilities, and strong work ethic. Today Mr. Reddick operates a full-time DJ, Sound, and Lighting business entitled G Fire Productions.

The Owner
In 1998 while stationed in Germany, Mr. Reddick was recruited by Agape Christian Faith Center's worship ministry because of his music and DJ background. Without formal training, he learned some music theory but was mainly a self-taught. keyboardist and percussionist, later positioned as the lead drummer. Simultaneously, he started Big Baby Productions home recording studio. As music production became the forefront, the idea of music entertainment sparked his desire to pursue a career as a full-time DJ/Producer. During a deployment in Afgahnistan (2008-2009), a DBA search revieled that, "Big Baby Productions" was already an established business entity. As considerations for a new identity were explored, "G Fire Productions" came to mind. A version of the company logo however, went through many designs until the flamming G was envisioned in a dream. The logo designed was created in powerpoint and saved as a jpeg image. These things and more contributed to the birth of G Fire Productions where you can count on "Fun and Professionalism" Let's Party!
